Community SupervisionFinancial Compliance Program, Maricopa County Adult Probation Department
The Maricopa County Adult Probation Department employs 14 full-time probation officers who work as a team with professional collectors to assess the ability of people under probation supervision to meet their court-ordered financial obligations (e.g., restitution, fines, and fees). Probation officers also develop individual payment plans and ensure people meet their financial obligations to victims and criminal justice agencies.
